Eligibility Criteria for CSC VLEs
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Senior secondary pass certificate from a recognized institution.

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local state language.

Steps for TEC Certificate Registration 2024
- Visit the official CSC portal.
- Click on ‘Registration’ and select application type.
- Enter personal details and upload a passport-size photo.
- Enter captcha and submit.
- Pay the application fee online.
- Log in using credentials and access learning modules.
- Complete the TEC certificate process via the TEC Assessments Exam.
- Download the CSC ID and password from the application form.
